Central Eastside PDX has transformed the space beneath the Hawthorne Bridge viaducts into a safe, welcoming corridor. Created in collaboration with Portland Street Art Alliance, the Avenue of Murals, together with new lighting, has turned the space into an open-air gallery that engages the community.
